Book-keeping and VAT

Our book keeping service is divided into two areas.

Firstly the advice and guidance on setting up systems and records in order to keep your own books in order.

We will give you advice on either manual or computerised systems and provide you where necessary with the books, ledgers or computer programs that suit your business.

Secondly our 'In house' book keeping service is intended to take away the hassles of the self employed and small businesses. Most proprietors and company directors have enough problems with the running of the business on a daily basis and the problems with cash flow to have another headache with keeping the company books.

Our service starts with basics and will take away all aspects of the book keeping and/or vat complications. You provide us with bank statements, invoices etc and we will write up your company's books and provide the following information: -

* Monthly summaries to include bank balances, running VAT totals

* Management accounts showing Income, expenditure and profit

* A notes page which identifies certain areas that we feel need the attention in future to save money

* Charge you less to complete your year end accounts

* Issue sales invoices and statements if required and chase outstanding debts

Our VAT service is intended to take away all the hassles of VAT accounting and provides you on a quarterly basis completed VAT returns which allow you to concentrate on running the business without having to worry with filing deadlines and the penalties for missing them. Obviously as we keep up to date with legislation as specific case law or VAT amendments are introduced these are implemented immediately into your records.
