* We shall be responsible for providing monthly or weekly printed wage slips for the requested employees of the company on a regular basis as requested with all additions or deductions as you request

* We shall provide on a monthly basis a Giro payslip.

* We shall be responsible for the forwarding for your approval for submission to you, the statutory forms as required by the Inland Revenue in respect of wages as follows:

P60's - End of year employees summaries

P45's - Employee leaving forms

P35's - End of year employers summary

P11d's - End of year benefits and expenses form

* We shall deal with the Inland Revenue in respect of all queries relating to employees.

* Deal with all new starters (P45's, P46's codes etc)

* Issue P45's for all leavers

* Deal with changes in legislation for employers

* Provide if required contracts of employment

* Provide a list and advise thereon of employer responsibilities
(e.g. Insurance, Pension schemes etc.)

All you have to do is provide the breakdown of the gross pay, and once the payslips have been received pay the employees (we will even deal with BACS if required) and once a year sign a completed annual return form.... That's it!
