Robin is the senior partner and qualified with the AAT in 1988 whilst working for Chartered accountants in Leeds. He became a Fellow Member of the association in 1995 when his own business was in full swing. Robin spent two valuable years in industry before establishing R Stride & Co LLP in Harrogate. With his solid computer background at Wolverhampton Robin has used these skills to bring not only his business into today’s high technology age but also his clients businesses into the 21st century. His huge range of skills have helped with a wide diversity of clients and problems.
Donna is a partner in R Stride & Co and was fundamental in starting the business together with Robin.
Prior to 1995 when the business was formed she trained in two other accountancy practices developing skills in the small to medium business sector.
Her experience now is focused on Sole traders and small limited companies and deals with those tricky sets of books that clients provide in order to get some meaningful accounts prepared.
Kath is the overall office manager for R Stride & Co LLP
Since February 2017 she has been promoted to Tax Manager and will be responsible for looking after the tax aspects of your tax return. Any tax matters please speak to her.
Kath is a fully qualified accountant and has vast experience in all areas of accountancy and tax. Kath will be your person if you need clarification on any aspects of your tax affairs, from questions relating to tax, to tax credits, to when is it payable.
Linda has vast experience in the driving instructor industry and spends 100% of her time looking after these clients. Linda will be preparing your accounts from the information you provide, and in charge of the overall team.
She will be the first port of call for you as a driving instructor requiring any question relating to setting up, book keeping, accountancy and proceedures.
Maria has been with us since 2008 with vast experience dealing with VAT and spends 100% of her time looking after these clients.
Maria will be preparing your returns and submitting to HMRC on your behalf from the information you provide.

Sarah joined the firm two years ago and is currently in the last year of her AAT qualifications. Hopefully next year she will be fully qualified!
She quickly advanced from office junior and is now currently preparing accounts and tax returns for our sole trader clients. Being at the final stages of qualifications she has the latest up to date knowledge on all aspects of personal and business tax and would like to speak to you regarding any advice you wish to have.
Last year she took the leap and took over our payroll department, now running over 170 payrolls. If you have any payroll related questions from payslips, to employment contact questions, Sarah is the person for you!
Ivan joined in 2017 after completing his AAT qualifications and is now fully qualified. He has a wealth of knowledge in the driving instructor industry and manager for our in house department with other staff members looking after 100’s of driving instructors all over the country.

Ivan main expertise is small and medium sized businesses, preparing accounts, tax returns and advice to our sole traders, partnerships and smaller Limited companies. As a client you will come across Ivan on a regular basis to give you that much needed advice.
Sarah is the newest member of the team joining in October 2022. You will meet her immediately upon entering the office as she is running our front of house. Beside reception duties Sarah is taking over the client on-boarding of the majority of our clients. If you are wanting to join our firm, Sarah will be the first person you need to speak to!
